Katy Perry’s scent, Purr has top notes of peach nectar, forbidden apple and green bamboo; a heart of jasmine blossom, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose, and a drydown of vanilla orchid, white amber, creamy sandalwood and musk. Purr will come in three sizes: 1 oz. for $36, 1.7 oz. for $45 and 3.4 oz. for $65. This coming holiday, there will also be an addition of body lotion and bubble bath.

Purr will be available at Nordstrom and nordstrom.com in November 2010.

Gucci’s creative director Frida Giannini wanted to re-create some of their offerings from the 60′s. Made with a new material called GG Plus which combines multiple layers of PVC to make a waterproof finish, which hopefully help protect the investment.

The outer part of the shoe is metallic hot pink, but on the inside it is a lighter shade of pink. The ‘Think Pink’ Hyperdunk 2010 shoe is set to be released next year in 2011.

The collection features apparel ranging from layering tanks and tees and pull over crew fleeces to fitted men’s-inspired flannels and a hoodie-lined jacket with a water-repellent, DWR shell. Many of the products (such as the Nike Balsa Mid, shown below) were created using Nike’s “Considered Design,” drawing on materials and manufacturing practices that contribute to environmental sustainability. The women’s launch will be followed by a new all-female surf movie featuring the entire 6.0 surf team, which is currently still being shot and is scheduled to be released in Fall 2010.
